AUD - Deposits

Swyftx accepts instant PayID, Bank Transfers, and POLi deposits.

PayID deposits are instant so long as your bank doesn't delay the transfer for their own fraud checking, in these cases it can take up to 24 business hours for the deposit to land in your Swyftx account. Though this usually only occurs on the first deposit to a new recipient.

Bank Transfers are NPP/OSKO enabled, meaning if you send via the OSKO network, they will be received within a minute. If doing a standard transfer, they are checked at approximately 9am, 12noon, 3pm, 6pm, 8pm, and 10 pm AEDT on every banking business day.

Typically, we will receive your funds on the first or second check after you've sent them, depending on how quickly your bank pushes that payment out on the banking network. Though similarly to PayID deposits, Bank Transfers and Osko transfers can take up to 24 business hours for the first deposit to land in your Swyftx account depending on if the bank has halted the transaction for their own fraud checking.

Credit Card Deposits are credited for trading within 30-45 minutes.

AUD - Withdrawals

AUD withdrawals are OSKO enabled, so if your bank is set up to receive incoming transactions via OSKO they will be near-instant!

If not, AUD withdrawals will be processed on our end on the same business day then will take an extra business day to clear in the receiving bank account. So please take note of the time of withdrawal and the weekday when making withdrawals from the platform, as they will not process over the weekend.

NZD - Withdrawals & Deposits

Swyftx offers both Bank Transfer and Poli Deposits for our New Zealand users.

NZD Deposits and Withdrawals are processed twice per day; 7:00-8:00 AM and 2:00-3:00 PM AEST (not including weekends). Transfers made outside of those times are batched and processed during the next window.

POLi deposits may offer a faster method of deposit as funds are credited in anticipation of the funds depositing into your account, however, the funds will be locked from withdrawals until the deposit clears which is subject to the same time frames and delays as regular Bank Transfers.

Please note, Credit Card deposits are currently not available for users registered with New Zealand accounts.
