To register a Swyftx account in your Trust's name, you will need to provide a copy of the Trust Deed Summary page(s) (also known as an Extract or Schedules, if unsure you can attach the Trust Deed). Please note that all Trustees and named beneficiaries must hold verified Swyftx Accounts.

Additionally, if your Trust has a Corporate Trustee (aka is linked to your registered Pty Ltd Company), we will also need you to provide a current company information extract ($9 from ASIC) and ensure that all major directors (>=25%) to hold verified Swyftx Accounts.

What do I need to upload on behalf of my Trust?

For the trust deed, we are required to verify 3 major components of the trust;

  1. The name of the Trust;

  2. The Trustee(s) - If your trust deed has a corporate trustee please refer below to review what is required; and

  3. Any named Beneficiaries.

Most, if not all, of these details, can be found in the trust deed summary pages. This is most commonly referred to as a 'Schedule' to the trust. An example of the trust deed summary and schedule we require in order to setup your Trust can be seen below:

Note: The examples above display the 3 pieces of information mentioned above that we are required to verify, however, if the information is located in different sections of the Deed we will require a copy of all the relevant documents.

What do I upload if my Trust has a corporate trustee?

If your Trust has a corporate trustee you will be required to submit a 'Current Company Extract', downloadable directly from the ASIC website. You can download the extract by following the below-attached link and searching via the Corporate Trustee's ACN.

For your convenience, we've attached some screenshots below to aid you in the search and location process for the relevant documents.

For reference, an example of the Current Company extract that we require a copy of to set up your entity is attached below:

Once you have attained a copy of the relevant documents, you will be able to upload them to the application, and a member from the Entity team will be in touch shortly after about the progress of this verification.

Please note, the current company extract provided for your entity account's verification should be less than 3 months old.
