When your depositing via Credit Card, our service provider here for this one is Banxa. Banxa is an internationally compliant fiat to Crypto-currency gateway that allows for credit card deposit functionality to platforms such as Swyftx. As a result, Banxa have their own compliance and regulatory obligations to abide by when facilitating these deposits.

If you have completed a Banxa payment and been charged on your card but the funds have not yet arrived in your Swyftx account, there are two issues that are likely the source of this issue:

  1. There may be an issue with the verification that was submitted and as such BANXA will have followed up with you via the email that you have provided in the verification process on Swyftx. If so, you will need to complete this additional verification request within 3 days or the transaction will be cancelled and the funds returned to your account. The instructions for completing this one will be in the email Banxa have sent you.

  2. If you have not received an additional verification request from Banxa, this will potentially be an issue with the transaction being processed. For this one, you will have to navigate to the Banxa support page here, and lodge a support ticket with the team. To complete this one here, you will have to select the support icon in the bottom right hand corner which is shown below.

From here, you will want to select the "Problem With Payment" option and lodge a support ticket with Banxa, as shown below.

Once you have submitted this one here, they should be in contact about this one shortly after. In the meantime, it will be good practice to check your email for any communication from Banxa, or from your banking organization about the transaction. Some banks will often delay the transaction upon first use of Banxa for their own anti-fraud purposes, so if you have not received anything from Banxa it is also a good idea to give your bank a call to see if there may be any delays on their end here.
