At some point in your accounts lifespan you'll have to complete at least one form of KYC (Know-Your-Customer) verification. As such, to complete your accounts current required verification you'll have to navigate to the profile verification page. This can be done from the dashboard by scrolling to the below attached display about your accounts current verification status and selecting Upgrade Now.

This will redirect you to the below page where you can upgrade your accounts verification by clicking on the lock and following the prompts to book in or complete the verification and submit any and all required documents. Depending on what type of verification you have already completed, you will be required to complete either the KYC level 0, 1, or 2 verification to upgrade your account's status.
