Your Swyftx account requires your email for several purposes, including customer service, ID/wallet address verification and sending important Crypto updates. As such, it's essential that the email registered on your account is the correct one.
Should you need to change the email, we've provided detailed instructions below to help walk you through this process. Please bear in mind that before the email is changed you will need access to the mobile device registered on the account.
To change the email, please head to Profile > About > Personal Information and click the little pencil icon.
Once here, the box will allow you to edit your personal information. Go to the field where your current email is and input your new email in it's place and hit save. See below for an example.
Finally, once you've hit save and changed the email, the box below will appear. The system will have to send you a Verification Pin via SMS to your contact number. First hit SEND SMS. Then, once you've received the code, enter this Verification Pin in the field that appears above. Finally, once you've entered the code, hit VERIFY. See below for a visual aid.
Once you've verified the change, the new email for your account should appear in the box below.
Once that's done, you can get back to trading!
