1. Check your deposit history

2. Check if your bank is holding the deposit

3. Check the status of AUD deposits

Several factors can cause a delay to PayID deposits. Please check each of the following in order:

1. Check your deposit history

  • Although 99% of PayID deposits transfer immediately, your deposit may still be processing. Sometimes there can be up to a minute delay. Check again after a few minutes.

  • If it has a pending status, it will be credited shortly.

2. Check if your bank is holding the deposit

  • Some banks hold on to your first PayID deposit as part of their fraud prevention efforts.

  • The deposit size may determine how long they hold the funds. Delays of 24 hours are possible with large deposits. Calling your bank may help, but they may not be able to do anything to speed it up for you.

  • We recommend sending a smaller initial deposit of $100 or less to avoid this delay. After your first successful deposit, send your total amount, which should process immediately.

3. Check the status of AUD deposits

  • Although rare, there may be a chance we are experiencing a delay in deposit time.

  • We recommend waiting 24 business hours for the deposit to hit your account if this is the case.
